Shipped too Late

We waited for our Apple press for over 6 weeks??? Apples are rotten and frozen now, you guys took too long to mail my cinder press and I still have gotten the apple crusher that I ordered. Terrible Service!

I am pleased with the press that I purchased. It did take longer to receive than I expected and my phone calls & e-mails requesting information were unanswered. I would encourage better communication.

Wine/Cider/Fruit Press

Press is okay for small items. It works okay for grapes as long as you cook the grapes for a few minutes to help break the grapes down. If you put grapes in straight off the vine, you can't get enough force on the grapes to squeeze out all the liquids. Also, there is no shield around the cage, so if too much pressure is applied, juice will squirt all over. Product seems to be built solid, and is exactly as advertised. If I had apples and pears to grind & make cider, or a LOT of grapes, I would end paying more for a motorized press that would strong enough to squeeze all the juices from the fruits.
